For years, I meticulously tracked calories and workouts, thinking I knew how to nourish my body. That constant focus on control became all-consuming and ultimately hindered my true potential and energy. Real transformation came when I embraced nourishment in its fullest sense: whole foods, meaningful relationships, restful moments, stress management, and spiritual well-being.
Now, I’m passionate about helping women discover their own path to faith-based wellness and optimizing their metabolic health.
The Heart Behind My Coaching Method
In this 3 month program I guide highly motivated women in their 20’s and 30’s to cultivate a nourishing relationship with food through foundational nutritional education and holistic well-being practices. Together, we will take a comprehensive approach into mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By nurturing our whole selves, and aligning with scripture, we can transcend self-focus and embrace our God-given potential. This journey isn't about adding more to our already chaotic lives, rather gently unpacking worldly demands and distractions to gain freedom and clarity in our wellness journey.
Included are metabolic labs at the start and end of the program to provide a concrete, quantitative measure of success, while also focusing on qualitative aspects such as how you feel, daily performance, and overall well-being. We will aim to move beyond the limitations of calorie counting and restrictions, allowing freedom to fully embrace the abundant life God intends for us.
