Hi, I’m Taylor, and food used to be my biggest struggle. 

I used to log every meal and obsess over what I put in my body yet wonder why I felt anxious and disconnected from myself. I finally took a holistic approach to my nutrition, looking at stress, sleep, lab values, my menstrual cycle, and so much more. Once I finally got to the root of my relationship with food, everything changed. 

That’s why I do this work. To save other women years of confusion and misguidance that I experienced and align their nutrition journey with their own personal goals.
